NextGen Player Guidance is designed to equip high school athletes with essential information and mentorship, maximizing their chances of success in college athletics. The college recruiting process can be overwhelming, and many athletes—and their families—don’t know where to start. Our program connects students with experienced, knowledgeable former college athletes and a current college coach who provide invaluable guidance, helping student-athletes stand out from the crowd.

Unlike many recruiting agencies that simply add your name to a database, NGPG offers a truly personal experience. Here, you’ll work alongside former college soccer players who guide you through every step of the recruiting journey, offering their expertise, support, and genuine commitment to your success.

"I've always been passionate about the game, and after my playing career ended, I felt a strong disconnect. During my college recruiting, my talent wasn't the issue—my grades were, which limited my options and forced me to work harder in the process. One of my worst moments was being told by a Division One college coach that they would have loved to have me but my grades would not get me into the school. This experience gave me invaluable insights. I started this business to reconnect with the game I love and to guide the next generation of college athletes, helping them avoid the same mistakes I made. College ultimately shaped me into who I am today, and I want to help others have the same transformative experience."

“Reflecting on my transition from high school to college, I recognize the numerous missteps I made during that pivotal time. Despite a successful career in clubs and high school athletics, I failed to adequately market myself. I did not conduct thorough research on potential schools or reach out to as many institutions as I should have. These oversights, along with other errors, prevented me from fully exploring the opportunities available to me.

Through my involvement with NGPG, I am now dedicated to giving back to future generations of athletes and helping them avoid the same mistakes I made. While I ultimately enjoyed my college experience, I often think about how I could have positioned myself for greater opportunities in the long run. I am committed to supporting young athletes, as I see reflections of my own experiences and challenges in many of the individuals I encounter today. My goal is to help them reach their full potential, which is why I initiated this project. “
